Winona "Winnie" L. Rule

Winona “Winnie” L. Rule, 76, of Connellsville, died Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born June 24, 1947, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late John Gregory and YuVawn (Staake) Stickel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Rule; daughter, Anita Mancini; and two siblings, William Stickel and Karen Little.  She is survived by her three children, Robert Mancini (Mirka) of Philadelphia, Deborah Mancini of Pittsburgh, and Stephen Mancini (Leonida) of Pittsburgh; seven siblings, John Gregory (Sharon) of Georgia, Richard Stickel (Donna) of Florida, Ottilie Linden of Bedford, Denise Frameli of Connellsville, Charles Stickel of Saxton, Karl Stickel (Elva) of El Paso, TX, and Lisa Mough (Mike) of West Virginia; 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 10am in Westmoreland County Memorial Park Chapel with Deacon Robert Stauffer officiating.
