Susanna Carroll

Susanna Carroll, 84, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Greensburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg.  She was born on August 12, 1941, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Frances (McKenna) and John J. Carroll, Sr.  

Prior to her retirement, she was employed for more than 30 years as a Nursing Administrator at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She was a devoted member of St. Jude Parish in Cincinnati and was also active in the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Inc., as well as the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her four siblings, Mary Elizabeth Carroll, Matthew Carroll, John Carroll, Jr., and Catherine Patricia Carroll; and her sister-in-law, Nancy Carroll.

Susanna is survived by a niece, Stephanie Peterinelli and husband Jeff of Greensburg; a nephew, John Carroll, III, of Greensburg; and two great-nieces, Vanessa Peterinelli and Natalie Peterinelli, who is also her goddaughter; and several other godchildren.

Friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:30 AM Saturday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. www.bachafh.com  Prayers will begin at 10:30 AM Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.
