Sandra E. (Kidd) Wilkinson

Sandra E. (Kidd) Wilkinson, 82, of Greensburg, died Sunday, December 15, 2024, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born April 9, 1942, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Thomas W. and Julia (Parlog) Kidd. Sandra was a 1960 graduate of Jeannette High School. She was a graduate of the Jon Lesko School of Beauty Culture where she later taught and met the love of her life, Kenneth L. Wilkinson. Sandra enjoyed watching soap operas. Prior to retirement, she worked for Davis Supermarket for 33 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Wilkinson; and her brother-in-law, Richard Campbell.  She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Wilkinson, Jr. (Meredith), and Michael Wilkinson (Amanda); her daughter, Julie Kmetz (David); five grandchildren, Elizabeth Malencia (Troy), Makenzie Wilkinson (Neida), Xander Wilkinson, Kayla Cochran (Caleb), and Zach Oliver; four great grandchildren, Gabe, Julbud, Grace, and Abigail; three siblings, Faye Ann Campbell, Thomas W. Kidd, Jr. (Rosemary), and Karen Henry (Denny); her nephew, Jake Henry (Vanessa); three great nieces and nephews, Bella, Audrey, and Colton; and her feline companion, Charli.  Friends will be received from 4 to 7 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM Monday in the funeral home with the Rev. Andrew Fitch officiating.
