Rose Marie Wampler

Rose Marie Wampler, 95, of Greensburg, died Friday, March 23, 2024, in Mountain View Senior Living, Greensburg. She was born July 1, 1928, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Raymond and Karolina (Panzer) Koerner.  Rose loved going to the beach and collecting seashells and shark teeth with her husband. She enjoyed helping with her sons’ Cub Scout pack. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Wampler (2007); a daughter, Rose Mary Enscoe; a son, William Wampler; a brother Raymond (Jean) Koerner; and two sisters, infant Dolores, and Carol Michalow (Al). She is survived by her two sons, Raymond Wampler (Helen) and George Eric Wampler (Flo); a daughter-in-law, Michelle Wampler; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; two expected great-great grandchildren; a brother, Andrew Koerner; her second family, Dan and Lydia Mechenbier and their children Andrea, Matthew, and Meredith; and several nieces and nephews.
