Ronald McGill Obituary

Ronald B. McGill, 60, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, February 19, 2025, in Hempfield Manor, Greensburg. He was born May 31, 1964, in Greensburg, a son of Gilberta (Wisneski) and the late M. Robert McGill. Ronald worked for US Steel, UPS, and Baron Filtration. He was an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, and hunter and he loved spending time at his family camp. He also enjoyed golfing, skiing, and playing pinball and poker with his family and friends. Ron was also an excellent pastry chef and baked a perfect pie. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Kelsey McGill and Madison Kimmel (Joshua); his grandson, Lucas Rose; four brothers, Robert K. McGill (Cyndy), Raymond R. McGill (Anna), Michael D. McGill (Deanna), and Wayne A. McGill (Denise); and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral service will begin at 11 AM Wednesday in the funeral home. Private interment will be held in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg. The family would like to thank AHN Hempfield Cancer Institute and special thanks to the Baron Family.
