Regina M. (Radziminski) Kurtiak, 82, of Greensburg, died Saturday, January 15, 2022, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born September 11, 1939, in Sharpsburg, a daughter of the late Sylvester and Mary Teresa (Pantone) Radziminski. Regina was a lifetime member of the Fort Allen Social Hall and loved to attend their Monday night bar bingo. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Neal J. Kurtiak; her brother, Dennis Radziminski; and her nephew, Kevin Sevacko. She is survived by her children, Joyette Shawley (Jon), Neal Kurtiak Jr. (Tracey), Mary Lee Nagy (Donald), Gregory Kurtiak (Elinor), and Michael Kurtiak (Terri); 12 grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica, and Josh Nagy, Jordan, Jeena, and Jayson Shawley, Neal J. “Tre” Kurtiak III, Lea and Brandon Smith; Braden Laudadio, Taylor Kurtiak, and Alexandra Kurtiak; her great-grandson, Dorian Williams III; her brother, Thomas Radziminski (Michelle), of Allison Park; two sisters, Sylvia Trunzo (James), of Allison Park and Mary Jo Sevacko, of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will begin at 2 PM Saturday in Harrold Zion Lutheran Church, 671 Baltzer Meyer Pike, Greensburg, PA 15601. Masks will be required at church. LEO M.
