Rebecca L. (Tinkey) Rule

Rebecca L. (Tinkey) Rule, 67, of Greensburg, died Saturday, January 8, 2022, in her home.  She was born September 18, 1954, in Champion.  She had been employed by Dr. Donofrio at Family Eye Care Center.  She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Greensburg.  Becky was also a member of the VFW Post No. 33, Greensburg, and the AMS Club, South Greensburg.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Alverda (Newell) Tinkey; her husband, Robert A. Rule; and her brother-in-law, James Rule.  She is survived by her daughter, Nicole M. Bell (Chet); son, Robert J. Rule (Denise); fiancé, Mike Penzera, all of Greensburg; two grandchildren, Evan and Reese Bell; brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, Rebecca and Paul Bold, Susan Rule, and John and Winnie Rule; nieces and nephew, Natalie Rule (Ken), Jimmy Rule (Devin), and Carla King (Taylor); numerous cousins; and her beloved granddog, Charlie.  Friends will be received from 4 to 7 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral service will begin at 11 AM Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Dawn Lynn Check officiating.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, monetary donations be made to the family.  www.bachafh.com
