Raymond Smith Obituary

Raymond J. Smith, 86, of Unity Township, died Monday, April 18, 2022, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. He was born October 6, 1935, in Bauerstown, a son of the late Frank and Rosella (Hufnagel) Smith. Prior to retirement he had been a Fleet Administrator for Xerox. Ray was an avid golfer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Lynda (Fox) Anderson. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mildred M. (Morozowich) Smith; his son, Erick Smith and wife Pamela; daughter, Heather Smith and husband Bastiaan Schuttevaer; step-son, Robert Fox and Jean Snow; step-daughter, Carol (Fox) Kerchensky and husband Michael; granddaughter, Alexandra; step-grandson, Nathan; two sisters, Bernadette Shannon and Rosemary Sismour; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. All services and interment are private. LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg is assisting with arrangements.
