Randy A. Stemmler, 71 of Unity Township, died Monday, November 17, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital, Latrobe. He was born October 25, 1954 in Mt. Pleasant, a son of the late Gerald and Ruth (Miller) Stemmler. Prior to retirement he was a bus driver with DMJ Transportation for Greater Latrobe School District. He was a member of Son Rise Church and liked to preach and sing and loved sharing Jesus. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Phyllis Ann Wood and his brother, Brian Stemmler. He is survived by his wife, Shelby A. (Evanichko) Stemmler, 2 sons, John J. “Jay” Stemmler (Cecilia “C.J.”) and Matthew M. Stemmler, a daughter, Shelby Lynn Lawrence, 4 grandchildren, Brady and Vanessa Stemmler, Jasmine Pollard and Dontae Ulery, a brother, Gerald Stemmler (Mary), his sister, Debra “D.J.” Stemmler and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life to be held at 11 AM Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Son Rise Church, 1523 Lois Lane, Greensburg. If desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Son Rise Church Children’s Ministry, 1523 Lois Lane, Greensburg, PA 15601. LEO M.
