Pixie (Seighman) Hurkamp

Pixie (Seighman) Hurkamp, 64, of Cook Township, died Thursday, March 20, 2025.  She was born April 20, 1960, in Greensburg, a daughter of John and Sally (Craig) Seighman. 

She adored her grandchildren and was affectionately known as “GaGa”.  Pixie found joy in the simple things – visiting the beach and sitting by a bonfire at the cabin with family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her brother, John R. Seighman; her fiancée, Greg Rucker; and her step-daughter, Jennifer Rucker.  She is survived by two sons, Maxx Hurkamp (Roxy) and Miles Hurkamp; two grandchildren, Ellie and Crew; her brother, Mark Seighman (Leann); two sisters, Becky Seighman (Chad Spessard) and Tracy Seighman; nephew, Lucas Seighman (Allyson) and their children; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Honoring Pixie’s request, there will be no public viewing.  A celebration of life will be held at Foggy Mountain Lodge, 117 Foggy Mountain Ln., Stahlstown on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 1 PM.  LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity is assisting with arrangements.
