Peter Fiaschetti Obituary

Peter Fiaschetti, 59, of South Greensburg, died Sunday, August 18, 2024.  He was born August 9, 1965, in Greensburg, a son of Barbara (Miller) Fiaschetti and the late Lawrence “Pete” Fiaschetti.  He was a graduate of Greensburg Salem High School Class of 1983 and had worked as lead lineman for West Penn Power.  He was a member of St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church, South Greensburg.  He was also a member of the AMS Club, South Greensburg and Hannastown Golf Club.  Golf was his favorite pastime, but his passion was his love for his family.  In addition to his mother, Pete is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Amy (Eglhaut) Fiaschetti; two daughters, Maddie Swan and husband Ty, and Rachel Fiaschetti and fiancée Zack Mormack; his granddaughter, Maizey and another grandchild on the way; two sisters, Lynn Ann Diegtel (David) and Karen Neurohr (Chris); father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Lucy Eglhaut; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Denise and Ted Woloshun; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his beloved dog, Teek.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Thursday in St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church, 1715 Poplar St., Greensburg, PA 15601.  Everyone please go directly to the church.  Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Jeannette.  www.bachafh.com
