Paul E. Tucci, 73, of Southwest Greensburg, died peacefully on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh with his loving wife and family by his side. He was born May 7, 1951, in Greensburg, a son of the late Romeo and Margaret M. (Celani) Tucci.
Prior to retirement, Paul worked as a certified public accountant and was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg. Paul was also a member of the AMS Club, South Greensburg, and the Aerobic Center. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, and fishing. Above all though, he cherished the time spent with his grandchildren, Emma and Jack. He was their number one fan and never missed any of their events.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Helena Tucci. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Mary E. “Dee Dee” (Nesbitt) Tucci; two daughters, Jennifer Cooke (Philip) and Elizabeth “Beth” Gibson (David); two grandchildren, Emma Christine Gibson and Jackson Romeo Gibson; his sister, Maria Tucci; brother-in-law, Regis Nesbitt (Linda); sister-in-law, Katie DeMatteo (Jeff); and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
Friends will be received from 4 to 7 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Thursday in St. Paul Parish, 820 Carbon Rd., Greensburg. Please go directly to the church. Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
