Patrick J. Monahan, Jr.

Patrick J. Monahan, Jr., 78, of Greensburg, died Friday, July 29, 2022, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born August 14, 1943, in Uniontown, a son of the late Patrick J., Sr. and Margaret M. (Sullivan) Monahan.  Prior to retirement he had been employed for over 40 years at Westinghouse in Blairsville.  He was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry T. Monahan. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barbara L. (Bowman) Monahan; a daughter, Lisa Monahan; a son, David Monahan and his wife Diane; six grandchildren, Tyler J. Reese, Jonathan Monahan, Emily Monahan, Alex Paluzzi, Sarah Richards, and Anthony Paluzzi; and two brothers, James Monahan and Daniel Monahan and wife Wendy. All services are private.  LEO M.
