Patricia "Ann" Handlan

Patricia “Ann” Handlan, 91, of Greensburg, died Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Redstone Highlands, Greensburg.  She was born December 31, 1933, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Isaac and Mildred (Elrick) Hogue.  Prior to retirement she had been employed as a switchboard operator at Westmorland Regional Hospital.  She was an avid card player and participated in several bridge groups.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, who she lovingly and attentively cared for until his passing, Jerry Handlan; two brothers, Robert and Ted Hogue; and her daughter-in-law, Kimberly Handlan.  Ann is survived by two sons, Jeffery Handlan and wife Debbie of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Steven Handlan of Forbes Road; a daughter, Tracy Salathe and husband Bill of Greensburg; two grandchildren, Tyler Handlan and fiancé Elsa Breakey of Greensburg, and Lindsey Handlan of Jeannette; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 11 AM with Rev. Dr. Martin R. Ankrum officiating.  A private interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.  www.bachafh.com
