Patricia Ann (Rich) Wood

Patricia A. (Rich) Wood, 91, of Jeannette, died Tuesday, February 17, 2026.  She was born December 6, 1934, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Leo and Angeline (DeMark) Ricci. She was a member of Ascension Church, Jeannette. Patricia lived her life to the fullest and found joy in playing bocce, cards, board games, and dominos, tackling the daily jumble, and dancing whenever she could.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David W. Wood, Jr.; and five siblings, Joseph Ricci, Anne Ferritti, Frances Marquis, Vincent Ricci, and Irene Walker. She is survived by three children, Lydia Biz-Yackovich (Gregory) of Jeannette, Vicki Biz-Herman (Ronald "Bucky") of Jeannette, and Douglas Biz (Mary Louise) of Greensburg; four grandchildren, Jason Swanson, Amber Herman, Joshua Swanson, and Natalie Herman; two great grandsons, Tyler and Dalton Swanson; and five grand dogs, Vala, Beansie, Gunner, Jax, and Albie.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral mass will begin at 10 AM Saturday in Ascension Church, Jeannette. Entombment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
