Patricia S. (Kubish) Slomberg

Patricia S. Slomberg, 83, formerly of Shadyside, died Saturday, May 17, 2025 in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, after a brief illness.  She was born September 4, 1941 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late William E. and Susan E. (Arendas) Kubish.  Prior to retirement she worked at Mercy Behavioral Health, Pittsburgh.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley C. Slomberg and her sister, Janet E. Pospisil.  She is survived by her niece, Paulette R. Sivak and husband Randy of Norvelt.  At her request there will be no visitation or service.  Private entombment in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery, Hempfield Township.  The family would like to thank Independence Health Westmoreland Hospital for their care.  LEO M.
