Patricia L. King, 85, of Unity Township, died Friday, December 6, 2024, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born May 3, 1939 in Hempfield Township, a daughter of the late Paul J. and Edith M. (Leonard) Brant. Patricia was a poll worker at the Twin Lakes precinct for many years, was member Luxor United Methodist Church, Old Crabtree Sportsmen’s Ladies Auxiliary and had been member of former the Luxor VFD Ladies Auxiliary. She also took part in the Queensberry Bowling League, was an avid race fan and former Powder Puff Girl and Latrobe Speedway. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gale B. King, a sister, Dolores Mae Turner and a brother, William J. Brant. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey R. King (Kathy) of Latrobe, Terry E. King (Ronald Maline) of Latrobe, Gale B. King, Jr. (Debby) of Greensburg and Andrea King (Eric Adams) of Bradenville; seven grandchildren, Angela King, Jason Maline (Denise), Brant King, Garrett King, Dontae Boggio, Lauren King and Lane Sosko; five great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Nicole, Dwayne, Jayla and Devin; two great granddaughters, Coraline and Rosalie; two brothers, Paul E. and James E. Brant; a sister, Darlene Marie Brant; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday with The Rev. George Prior officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. www.bachafh.com
