P. Gene Marshall

P. Gene Marshall, 95, of Southwest Greensburg, died Thursday, September 12, 2024, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born April 1, 1929, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late James D. and Marie (Hague) Marshall. Gene was a graduate of Greensburg High School. Prior to retirement, she headed the communications department for Westmoreland Hospital. She was a member of the Daughters of Scotia and was an avid cross stitcher and enjoyed acquiring collector teddy bears. Gene also loved to travel and go on bus trips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen L. Brahosky; her son, David J. Marshall; and son-in-law, Wayne Lloyd. She is survived by her daughter, Jane B. Lloyd; three grandchildren, Jason Brahosky, Danielle Brahosky, and Jennifer L. Dunn and husband Jesse; a great grandson, Zackary L. Dunn; and two step-great grandchildren, Meredith Dunn and Jesse Dunn, Jr.  A private funeral service and interment took place at St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.  LEO M.
