Neil A. Waugaman, 70, of Grapeville, died Monday, May 23, 2022, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born June 7, 1951, in Greensburg, a son of the late Homer E. Sr. and Elizabeth E. (Maxwell) Waugaman. He had been employed by Westmoreland Mechanical Testing and Research, Inc., Latrobe. He was a member of Greater Parkview Church, Greensburg. We don’t need to write anything else because everyone knew Neil. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ira G. Waugaman; and his brother-in-law, Dave Fink. He is survived by his wife, Sandra L. (Stevens) Waugaman; two daughters, Misty D. Waugaman-Riley (Sean), and Jade K. Waugaman (Tony Bogac); his granddaughter, Haylee J. Clanagan; three siblings, Betty Jean Fink, Linda L. Bokkean (Peter), and Homer E. Waugaman Jr. (Victoria); sister-in-law, Jean Ann Waugaman; several nieces and nephews; and also survived by members of the Stevens family. Friends will be received from 6 to 8:30 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Additional visitation will take place from 9 to 10AM Saturday in Greater Parkview Church, 103 Westminster Ave., Greensburg. A funeral service will immediately follow at 10 AM with Bishop Carl E.
