Michael D. Stefanik

Michael D. Stefanik, 73, of Southwest Greensburg, died Tuesday, August 27, 2024, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born August 7, 1951, in Greensburg, a son of the late John Jr. and Ann M. (Dudash) Stefanik. He was a graduate of Hempfield High School then went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Michael was a member of St. Paul Parish in Greensburg.  He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy J. (Scheier) Stefanik; a son, Michael Stefanik and wife Amber; a daughter, Christy Lewis and husband Jim; three grandchildren, Matthew and Megan Lewis and Jackson Stefanik; two brothers, John Stefanik and wife Linda, and Thomas Stefanik; and several nieces and nephews.  All services and interment are private.  LEO M.
