Margaret “Marge” (Woytus) Plevelich, of Greensburg, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, at Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. She was born in Armbrust, daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine (Urbanek) Woytus. She was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church, South Greensburg.
She was an avid polka dancer spending many weekends dancing and socializing with her many friends. She was formally employed at Westmoreland County Community College, Lazarus department store, Joseph Horne department store and Westinghouse.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Plevelich; three brothers, Paul, Joseph and Steve Woytus; and four sisters, Josephine Boyd, Anne Eslary, Pauline Puskar and Agnes Savisky. She is survived by three children, Kathryn Kovalic (Kevin), of Jamison, PA; Cheryl (Derek) Bush, and Brian Plevelich, both of Greensburg; four grandchildren, Tom (Katie) and Michael Kovalic, Jason (Cara) and Rachel Bush; two great grandsons, Lucas and Theodore Kovalic; her companion, Bubba the dog; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 9:30 to 10:30 AM Saturday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 10:30 AM in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 AM in St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church, South Greensburg. Interment will follow in Westmoreland Memorial Park.
