Lynn A. Knesh

Lynn A. Knesh, 72, of Greensburg, died Thursday, November 14, 2024, in RNC of Greater Pittsburgh, Greensburg. She was born February 6, 1952, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Anthony and Marie (Maiure) Juliano.  Lynn was a 1970 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. She went to Westmoreland School of Nursing and graduated in 1973. Lynn worked as a Registered Nurse at Uniontown Hospital, Jeannette Hospital, and Western PA Family Medicine-Dr. Kevin Wong and then for Dr. Julia Mathos. She enjoyed crafting with her mom and together they had a small business called “Lynn-Marie Crafts”.  She also enjoyed baking, collecting snow babies, and especially spending time with her grandson, Nathan. Lynn was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Juliano.  She is survived by her husband, David Knesh; her daughter, Kristi Brown (Stephen) of Plum; her grandson, Nathan Brown; her sister, JoAnn Lyon (Ted) of Pittsburgh; her nephew, Jason Lyon (Mallory); her great-niece, Adelaide; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Friends will be received from 3 to 7 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral liturgy will be held at 11 AM Monday in the funeral home. The family would like to thank the nurses in the 100 unit at RNC Greensburg and Excela Hospice for their kind and compassionate care.
