Lisa M. Forbes, 53, of Greensburg, died Monday, December 1, 2025 in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born June 11, 1972 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Elwyn A. “Buck” Learn and Jacqueline (Opsitnick) Learn. She was a graduate of Greensburg Salem High School class of 1990 where she played clarinet in the band and was in the color guard and was also in a winter guard. She worked as a dental assistant and was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kameron J. Forbes and maternal grandparents Helen and Stephen N. Opsitnick, Sr. She is survived by a child, Lucas M. Greba (Matt) of Greensburg, 2 grandchildren, Emery Kamryn and Haven Jacquelen Greba, her brother, Dr. Scott E. Learn (Jennifer) of New Stanton, a nephew, Brandon Learn, an uncle, Stephen N. Opsitnick, Jr., her boyfriend, Bob Crise of Greensburg, her beloved dog Cleo as well as additional pets Priscilla, Peyton, Buddy, Wilson, Ben, Chewy, Charlie and Booger. The family would like to offer a special thanks to the nurses in the ICU at Westmoreland Hospital. Private arrangements by LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity.
