Linda (Lawrence) Vertosick

Linda (Lawrence) Vertosick, 73, of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born December 17, 1951, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Edgar B. and Annabelle Marshall and the late Steven J. Lawrence, Jr.  She loved playing cards, crafts shows, jigsaw puzzles, and talking to family and friends. She worked for AAA of Westmoreland County for 20 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Vertosick; and her sister, Carol Clark.  She is survived by three children, Penny Bittner (Mark), of Greensburg, Melissa Harry (James), of Colorado, and Jeffrey Vertosick (Ann), of Ohio; five grandchildren; her sister, Margaret Bassegio (Frank), of North Huntingdon; her brother, Steven Lawrence, III (JoAnn), of Greensburg; one niece; and several nephews.  A funeral liturgy will be held at 1 PM on Monday, January 12, 2026, in the LEO M.
