Leonard J. Stahl

Leonard J. Stahl, 82, of Mount Pleasant Township, died Saturday, June 8, 2024, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born April 16, 1942, in Stahlstown, a son of the late Clarence and Lillian (Burkhart) Stahl.  Leonard was a PA National Guard veteran.  Prior to retirement he had been employed by National Roll Company.  He was a member of the NRA and was an avid reader.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris (Warrick) Stahl; and two brothers, Clarence “Junior” and Julius Stahl.  Leonard is survived by his son, Edward Stahl, of Mount Pleasant Township; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity where a funeral service will immediately follow at 8 PM with the Rev. David L. Greer officiating.
