Kevin Leeman Obituary

Kevin P. Leeman, 71, of Greensburg, a man of constant wit, lost his battle with cancer on Saturday, August 24, 2024.  He was born August 3, 1953, in Greensburg, a son of the late Joan (Brittney) Leeman and Fred Leeman.  Kevin was a graduate of Greensburg Salem High School Class of 1971.  He retired from the United Parcel Service after 37 years of service. 

He, along with his wife, were chaperones for the Hempfield High School marching band, documenting memories for hundreds of band students through their photos and videography.  Kevin took special pride in his work as a Judge of Elections at the Lincoln Heights East polls for the last 14 years. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Leemann; sister, Valarie Leeman; and nephew, Gary Leemann.  Kevin is survived by his wife of nearly 52 years, Kathleen (Henry) Leeman; four children, Nathan (Adriana) Leeman, Christopher (Carrieann) Leeman, Justin Leeman, and Brittney Clawson; six grandchildren, Lisa, Megen, Isabella, Brody, Alessandra, and Christian; his brother, Stephen Leeman; two sisters-in-law, Mary Elizabeth Johnson and Patricia Leemann; and many nieces and nephews. 

Friends will be received from 4 to 6 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will begin at 1 PM Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. David Clement officiating.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
