Kathleen G. (Hilty) McNaughton

Kathleen G. McNaughton, 68, of Rineyville, KY, formerly of Mt. Pleasant Township, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Indian Creek Nursing Center, Corydon, Ind.  She was born September 18, 1952 in Salem Township, eldest daughter of the late James D. Sr. and Elsie M. (Musgrove) Hilty.  She was a graduate of Mount Pleasant Senior High School and of Westmoreland County Community College. Prior to retirement she worked as a registered nurse at Frick Community Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, James D. Hilty, Jr.  She is survived by her sons, John D. Platt, Jr and wife, Aimee, of Moon Township and Jeremy Platt and wife, Linda, of Rineyville, KY, five grandchildren, Julia, Emma, Olivia, Grayson and Sydney; two brothers, Dave of Greensburg and Will Hilty and her sister, Barb Henry both of Mt. Pleasant, loving nieces and nephews, Krystal, Willie, Dilan, Jason and Bethanne all of Mt. Pleasant.  Friends will be received from 3 to 7 PM Monday, May 10, 2021 at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 11, at 11 am with The Rev. Steven L. Craft officiating.  Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township.  Please be prepared to adhere to all current health guidelines, including face masks and social distancing.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association http://act.alz.org/goto/kathleen
