Julia L. Moreman

Julia L. “Tudy” Moreman, 83, of Greensburg, died Sunday, January 26, 2025, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born January 9, 1942, in West Newton, a daughter of the late Steve and Mary (Balko) Kurutz.  Prior to retirement, Julia worked as a secretary for the Westmoreland Bar Association for 24 years.  She was a member of Holy Cross Parish in Youngwood.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters.  She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, George “Pat” Moreman; three children, Donald B. Moreman (Tammy), Kelly R. Moreman (Randy Urbani), and Patrick A. Moreman (Michelle); two grandchildren, Harley B. Moreman and Patrick A. Moreman, II; her brother, Stephen Ray Kurutz; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:15 AM Thursday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in Holy Cross Parish, Youngwood with the Rev. Rogelio Rodriguez officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.  www.bachafh.com
