Judith M. (Kocur) Hill

Judith M. Hill, 82, of Bovard, died Saturday, August 26, 2023, in her home.  She was born June 14, 1941, in Bovard, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Marie Cecelia (Kulha) Kocur.  Prior to retirement she had been employed by Powerex, Inc., Youngwood.  Judy was a member of the former St. Bede Catholic Church, Bovard.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. Hill; her brother, Charles Kocur, Jr., and two sisters, Elizabeth Bohatch, and Mary Kathryn “Honey” Saunders.  She is survived by her brother, John F. Kocur; two sisters, Joan Montgomery, and Carol Weber; two brothers-in-law, William Hill (Ardyth) and Harry Hill (Karen); numerous nieces and nephews; and her faithful cat, Sam.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:15 AM Wednesday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Crabtree with the Rev. Justin Matro, O.S.B. as celebrant.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County, P.O.
