Joyce Craig Morgan

Joyce Craig Davis Morgan, 78, of Greensburg, died Monday, September 11, 2023, at Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. She was born May 9, 1945, in Greensburg and earned a master’s degree in counseling from Marshall University. Joyce enjoyed a rewarding professional career as a social worker and mental health counselor with families. She was proud of her Cuban heritage and delighted in cooking family meals.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, The Very Rev. William John Morgan; her father, Harry Richard Craig; mother and stepfather, Lillian Martinez Craig Giron and Peter N. Giron; and a sister, Martha Ana Craig. Joyce is survived by her daughter, Nora E. Davis Adams (Eric Seiverling); son Phillip R. Morgan (Samantha Anne); granddaughter, Tao Estelle; three sisters, Kathie Rae Skowronek (Jim Hill), Dolores Jane Ryan (Larry Keough), and Mary Elizabeth Weyant (Sam); several nieces, nephews, great nephews, great nieces, and loving cousins. Joyce was blessed with having good friends throughout her life. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at St. Paul Episcopal Church, Mt. Lebanon. LEO M.
