Joseph Michael Clawson

Joseph Michael Clawson, 48, of Greensburg, died Thursday, August 22, 2024.  He was born January 12, 1976, in Miami, FL, the son of Larry and Constance (Beacon) Clawson. Joseph was a 1994 graduate of Hempfield High School and attended American University for 4 years. He was a member of St. Paul Parish in Greensburg.  He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Cecil and Florence (Moore) Clawson; maternal grandparents, Alvin and Mary (Capozzi) Beacon; and two cousins, Christina Beacon and Melissa (Dusha) Bates. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, James Clawson (Emily); two nieces, Eden and Willa; nephew, Miles; two uncles, George Clawson and Rich Beacon (Debbie); and four aunts, Laura Kay Garris (Robert), Gail Francowic (Richard), Theresa Dusha, and Lisa Strazzera (Michael).  Friends will be received from 10:30 to 11:30 AM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg, where a funeral liturgy will immediately follow at 11:30 AM with Deacon John Zombar officiating.
