John E. Tozier, 81, of Greensburg, died Thursday, October 10, 2024, in Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. He was born November 3, 1942, in Dubois, a son of the late Daryl and Frances (Huntingdon) Tozier. John’s career was in Solid State Physics and he held 6 US patents. He was an avid Amateur Radio Operator. He was a member of Maplewood United Presbyterian Church in Greensburg and enjoyed men’s group and bible study. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne M. (Henry) Tozier; his son, Robert D. Tozier; two granddaughters; daughter-in-law, Dalia Lucas; brother and sister-in-law, John and Kathy Henry; his niece, Karen Polechko (Kevin); his nephew, Matthew Henry; great nephew, Colin Polechko; and his great niece, Leah Polechko. Friends will be received from 10:30 to 11 AM Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Maplewood Presbyterian Church, 108 Woodland Rd, Greensburg, followed by a memorial service to begin at 11 AM with the Rev.
