John S. Koshinsky, Sr.

John S. Koshinsky, Sr., 57, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in his home. He was born May 7, 1967, in Greensburg, a son of the late George E., Sr. and Naomi R. (Loughner) Koshinsky.  John was a Hempfield High School graduate and worked at the Collision Center painting and prepping cars. John loved auto body repair and remodeling, especially old cars.  He loved his dogs, Riley and Butler dearly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles E., Jr. and Glen A. Koshinsky; and a sister, Ruth Barkasi. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Cindy L. (Patterson) Koshinsky; son, John S. Koshinsky, Jr.; aunt, Alberta Koshinsky; two nephews, Joshua Koshinsky and Jimmy Gilmore; and niece, Jessica White.  Friends will be received from 11 AM to 1 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg, followed by a funeral service to begin at 1 PM with Minister Eugene Cooper officiating.  Interment in Unity Cemetery, Latrobe.  www.bachafh.com
