Jennifer E. Wallace, 78, of Greensburg, went to meet her Heavenly Father on Friday, January 17, 2025. She was born November 22, 1946 in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Kenneth W. and Ina R. (Shirey) Nichols. Jenny was the prior owner of Jumbles Needlework and loved cross stitch, needle point, applique and reading. She was a previous member of Friends Who Count and First Tuesday Stitchers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Wallace, Jr. and her sister, Kathleen Nichols Swanson. She is survived by her son, Timothy W. Wallace and wife Kathleen M., her granddaughter, Kate E. Wallace, all of Hummelstown, her niece, Coreen Sanner and husband Clyde of Kecksburg, a grand niece, a grand nephew, several great grand nieces and nephews, and “a sister by choice” Diane McKown of Plum. Friends will be received from 3 to 6 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday with The Rev. Dr. Olivia E. Graham officiating. Private interment in Shirey Cemetery, Unity Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to YWCA Westmoreland County Literary Council.
