In addition to his mother, Jake is survived by his partner, Krystal Modecki; several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many good friends and co-workers. A funeral service will begin at 3 PM Friday in the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where visitation will immediately follow until 6 PM. Interment is private.
