Florence Carson Obituary

Florence M. Carson, 79, of Greensburg, died Friday, December 7, 2018 in Meadowcrest Nursing Center, Bethel Park. She was born October 3, 1939 in North Irwin, a daughter of the late James Charles and Julia Ann (Guion) Shrump. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer S. Carson on January 31, 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn M. Carson Link; two sons, Timothy A. and David W. Carson; her grandson, David W. Carson; her brother, Robert Shrump; and her sister, Alice Cassidy. There will be no public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral liturgy at 11 AM Saturday in the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Private interment will be in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. www.bachafh.com
