Ellen F. (Detar) Hart

Ellen F. (Detar) Hart, 69, of Southwest Greensburg, died Saturday, October 23, 2021, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born April 12, 1952, in Greensburg, a daughter of Dorothy C. (Jerson) Detar of Southwest Greensburg and the late John "Jack" Detar.  She had been employed as a nurses aide. She was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church in South Greensburg.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister Leslie (Detar) Cope; two brothers John Detar and Daryl Detar; and two brothers-in-law Earl Keim, II and Mike Felice. Besides her mother, she is survived by her daughter Alecia (Koss) Hartman and her husband Matthew; three grandchildren Maya Hartman, Cameron Hartman, and Mickey Hartman; two sisters Melissa (Detar) Roberts Felice and Gretchen (Detar) Keim; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral liturgy will begin at 11 AM Wednesday in the funeral home. Interment will be private. www.bachafh.com
