Elizabeth J. (Karinchak) Delynko, 97, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, December 30, 2025, in Easy Living Country Estates, Hunker. She was born December 15, 1928, in Grindstone, a daughter of the late Andrew and Julia (Yanek) Karinchak. Betty was a graduate of Hurst High School. She enjoyed bowling, and her family meant the world to her. She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Delynko; her son, James Delynko; and four siblings, Virginia Detore, Andy Karinchak, Jr., James Karinchak, Robert Karinchak, and Edward Karinchak. She is survived by her son, Richard Delynko and wife, Vickie; five grandchildren, Eric Delynko (Kristi), Shannon Mayo, Leah Delynko (Chris Cotter), Jason Hall (Jenny), and Dustin Hall (Darlene); nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mariann King, Connie Peters, and Rebecca Goodman (Michael); three sisters-in-law, Barb, Linda, and Judy Karinchak; and many loving nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 1 to 4 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Monday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg. Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Easy Living Country Estates for their exceptional care of Betty, and also to Bridges Hospice.
