Elizabeth J. (Karinchak) Delynko

Elizabeth J. (Karinchak) Delynko, 97, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, December 30, 2025, in Easy Living Country Estates, Hunker.  She was born December 15, 1928, in Grindstone, a daughter of the late Andrew and Julia (Yanek) Karinchak.  Betty was a graduate of Hurst High School.  She enjoyed bowling, and her family meant the world to her.  She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Delynko; her son, James Delynko; and four siblings, Virginia Detore, Andy Karinchak, Jr., James Karinchak, Robert Karinchak, and Edward Karinchak.  She is survived by her son, Richard Delynko and wife, Vickie; five grandchildren, Eric Delynko (Kristi), Shannon Mayo, Leah Delynko (Chris Cotter), Jason Hall (Jenny), and Dustin Hall (Darlene); nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mariann King, Connie Peters, and Rebecca Goodman (Michael); three sisters-in-law, Barb, Linda, and Judy Karinchak; and many loving nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 1 to 4 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Monday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to Easy Living Country Estates for their exceptional care of Betty, and also to Bridges Hospice.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Parish, 820 Carbon Rd., Greensburg, PA 15601.  www.bachafh.com
