Edward F. Musgrove, Jr.

Edward F. Musgrove, Jr., 83, of Mt. Pleasant Township, died Monday, November 15, 2021 at Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant.  He was born August 25, 1938 in Norvelt, a son of the late Edward F. Sr. and Goldie E. (Bish) Musgrove.  He was a graduate of Hurst High School and prior to retirement was a salesman with Schwan Sales.  Ed enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, playing cards and word search puzzles.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Cherie F. (Fisher) Musgrove, a son, Duane E. Musgrove, Sr. and a brother, Robert A. “Bobby” Musgrove.  He is survived by his wife, Janet P. (Emerick) Musgrove, a son, Kevin L. Musgrove of Ruffs Dale, his daughter, Ruth L. Burk and husband Keith of Greensburg, three grandchildren, Duane Musgrove, Jr., Marsha Kuester and Nicole Burk (Bryan Davis), three great grandchildren, Miley and Billy Kuester and Gabriel Davis, a brother, Larry E. Musgrove of Hunker, and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday with The Rev. Thomas J. Kroll officiating.  Private interment in Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township.
