Edward P. "Edgie" Mesaros

Edward P. “Edgie” Mesaros, 70, of Pleasant Unity, died Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Independence Health System Latrobe Hospital.  He was born April 28, 1956 in Latrobe, a son of the late John P. and Eleanor M. (Nitkiewicz) Mesaros.  Prior to retirement he worked at Arch Cutting Tools, Unity Township.  Edgie loved doing yardwork, going to casinos and watching dirt track car racing.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John M. Mesaros, father-in-law, William R. Reagan and a brother-in-law, William R. Reagan.  He is survived by his wife, Dianne L. “Dee” (Reagan) Mesaros, 2 sons, Edward J. Mesaros (Stacey) of St. Augustine, FL and Eric J. Mesaros at home, a grandson, Casen Mesaros, a brother, Matthew Mesaros (Cindy) of Pleasant Unity, mother-in-law, Rita Reagan, brother-in-law, Robert Reagan (Deanna), 3 sisters-in-law, Yvonne Smoker (Donald), Cheryl Sullenberger and Darla Reagan and numerous nieces and nephews.  At Edgie’s request there will be no visitation or services.  Memorial contributions may be made to Action for Animals, PO Box 814, Latrobe, PA  15650.  LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, in charge of arrangements.
