Edward M. Knight

Edward M. Knight, 75, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, September 17, 2024, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born November 28, 1948, in McKeesport, a son of the late Elmer and Alice (Klassen) Knight.  Prior to retirement Ed worked as a machinist for Fassett Manufacturing Company. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Yvonne C. (Burr) Knight; four children, Todd Christopher Knight (Alisha Vukovich), Traci-Lin Rupert (Scott), Matt Shawn Knight, and Seth Alan Knight (Sarah K.); nine grandchildren, Heather, Joey, Jacob, and Haley Knight, Julian and Hayden Sestini, Logan Haney, and Lucius and Atticus Knight; a sister, Patricia Nemeth; and two nieces, Kelly Hines and Michelle Groeger (Kriss) and their families. A celebration of Ed’s life will be held at a later date. LEO M.
