Douglas Joseph Noll

Douglas Joseph Noll, 64, of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022, in Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Douglas was born Feb. 19, 1958, in Pittsburgh. He was one of five children to the late William and Gladys (Dopler) Noll. Douglas was the chief building engineer at Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, was a highly respected and reliable master of his craft and never failed to go above and beyond. Douglas will be remembered for his infectious sense of humor that only became funnier with age. He had an exceptionally special and unique light about him that touched every person he met and left a lasting impression on everyone's heart. He was without a doubt the person that everybody wanted to be around. Douglas was expecting his first grandchild this year from his daughter and son-in-law. Douglas greatly enjoyed recreational activities with his wife and friends. He was well known for his infamous turkey stuffing and hot sausage. Douglas had a soft spot for dogs, especially for his beloved fur-baby, Marley. He was a member of numerous local clubs, to include the United Slovak Club, Norvelt VFD Social Club and Calumet Community Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Noll. Douglas is survived by his wife of 37 years, Beverly (Voytko) Noll; son, J.D. Noll; daughter, Brittany Noll; son-in-law, Cole Buttermore; as well as three sisters, Randy and Diane (Noll) Scott, Michael and Cheryl (Noll) Aloise and Donna (Noll) Astorino; and sister-in-law, Sheila Noll; along with many nieces and nephews who loved him unconditionally. Friends and family are invited to attend visitation from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 18, followed by a celebration of life, at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton St., Greensburg.
