Donna J. (Smith) Poche

Donna J. Poche, age 93, Byron, Georgia. died Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Summerhill Nursing Center in Perry, Georgia.  She was born in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Harry O. Smith and Sarah Mae Grove Smith.  Mrs. Poche was a homemaker, a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Trauger and enjoyed watching game shows.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Poche.  She is survived by 3 sons, Carl E. Poche of Bradenville, Bernard L. Poche of Youngwood and Edward Poche (Cindy) of Charleston, SC, 3 daughters, Kim Grieco (Bob) of Unadilla, GA, Barbara L. Weltz (Roy) of Alverton and Donna J. Bartoe (Kevin) of Byron, GA, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and 3 sisters, Kathryn McDowell, Barbara Salendro and Mid Stanko.  Services are private.  Interment in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township.  Those who wish may make memorial gifts to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 108 Dutch Hill Road, Latrobe, PA 15650.
