Debra Charlesworth Obituary

Debra S. Charlesworth, 62, of Greensburg, died Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg.  She was born July 12, 1956 in Greensburg, a daughter of Margaret E. (Rebick) Charlesworth of Greensburg and the late James A. Charlesworth.  Prior to her injuries she worked for Passavant Homes and also at Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.  Debra was a member of VFW Post #33 and Amvets Post #88 both in Greensburg.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles and Elvis.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J. Crystaloski.  She is survived by 3 brothers, Ronald L. and wife Roberta of Aldie, VA, James M. of Sacramento, CA and Steve A. Charlesworth and wife Jennifer of Glenn, CA, her sister, Vickie Charlesworth of Davenport, FL, 3 step children, Brian Crystaloski and Shiela of Greensburg, Teresa Savidge and Dana of Oklahoma City, OK and Kimberly Crystaloski and Henry of Greensburg, 5 step grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren, and 3 nieces and 3 nephews.  There will be no visitation or viewing.  Family and friends are invited to a memorial service to be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 140 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Greensburg, with The Rev. Brian B. Chaffee officiating.  Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasant Unity, is assisting with arrangements.  The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Zion Lutheran Church.
