Colleen M. Nesser

Colleen M. Nesser, 88, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born September 28, 1936, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late John and Caroline (Kadlud) Borsody. Prior to retirement, Colleen worked as a cook for Westmoreland Hospital Hospitality Shop and Seton Hill College.  She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg. Colleen loved her dogs Rosie and Bubba and her family and grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Nesser in 2010; and her brother, Joseph Borsody.  She is survived by five children, James Nesser (Shannon), Isaac Nesser, Anthony Nesser (Karen), Mark Nesser (Rimma), and Corrine Monaco (Ernie); five grandchildren, Natalie, Anthony, Samantha, Jacob, and Kori; and a brother, John Borsody.  Friends will be received from 4 to 6 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  www.bachafh.com
