Clair R. Lenhart

Clair R. Lenhart, 81, of Acme (Donegal Township), died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at Select Specialty Hospital, Latrobe. He was born March 2, 1940, in Latrobe, a son of the late Clarence and Emma (Stahl) Lenhart. Prior to retirement, Clair worked for Latrobe Die Casting and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Clair loved playing cards, fishing, hunting and farming. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Carl Lenhart; and a brother-in-law, James Barlock. He is survived by his wife, Nancy M. (Faust) Lenhart; two children, Ronald Lenhart and wife, Patty, of Uniontown, and Kevin Lenhart and wife, Brenda, of Mt. Pleasant; two grandchildren, Sam Sabatula and husband, Aaron, of Tipton, and Ryan Lenhart, of Uniontown; a great-granddaughter, Lulu Sabatula; his sister, Nancy Barlock, of Acme; two brothers, Dean Lenhart and wife, Ella and Roger Lenhart and wife, Lenita, all of Ligonier; two sisters-in-law, Joyce and Martha Lenhart, both of Latrobe; and a number of nieces and nephews. A private visitation and service will be held for family at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., Pleasant Unity, with the Rev. Christine Doren officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Cook Township. The family attending the service is requested to please wear face masks.
