Charles Brown Obituary

Charles E. Brown, 80, of Greensburg, died Saturday, January 9, 2021 in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.  He was born October 6, 1940 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Charles E. and Elizabeth (Skala) Brown.  Prior to retirement he had been a truck driver for CCX, Irwin, and later was a bus driver for Coach.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Brown; and his sister, Charlene Miskow.  He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Clark) Brown; his children, Jennifer Brown and Greg Brown; stepchildren, Adam Kurtz and wife Chrissy, Brandi Winton and husband Soldon, and Bert Ressler and wife Denise; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Jean Vodzak and Betty Ann Hofer; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will begin at 11 AM Tuesday in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont with Full Military Honors accorded by the American Legion Post No. 981, South Greensburg honor guard.  Please be prepared to adhere to all current health guidelines, including face masks and social distancing.  www.bachafh.com
