Barry E. Kralik

Barry E. Kralik, 77, of Havelock, NC, died Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at home.  He was born April 7, 1947 in Latrobe, a son of the late Edward and Anna (Gondosh) Kralik.  Prior to his disability he worked at US Steel in Homestead.  He was a former member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Marguerite, and the Standard Shaft Citizens Club.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Edwardine A. Roadman and a brother, Edward B. Kralik, Jr.  He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sheryl “Sherry” (Davis) Kralik, his daughter, Heather Lynn Tate and husband Shaun of Beauford, SC, his son, Barry Kralik, II of Kill Devil Hills, NC, his granddaughter, Rhiannon Mae Tate, 2 sisters, Patricia Pitzer and Catherine Liebel and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 3 to 5 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, at which time a funeral liturgy will be held with The Rev. Levi Mantica as celebrant.  Private interment in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township.
