Barbara Ann (Curry) Urchick

Barbara Ann (Curry) Urchick, 85, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.  She was born April 18,1936, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Dorothea A. (Brown) Curry.  She was one of three daughters brought up in South Greensburg.  After raising her five children, Barb returned to the workplace.  She enjoyed the friendships made at all her workplaces, especially at the Westmoreland Hospital gift shop where she worked for many years.  Barb’s loves included her cat, Itty, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren and best friend, Debbie.  In addition to her parents, Barb is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Urchick, on March 9, 2021; son, Michael Urchick; grandson, Michael; and sisters, Marian Dee Anderson and Jacqueline Enrico.  She is survived by her son, Matthew Urchick (Amy), of Greensburg; her daughters, Barbara Urchick, of Greensburg, Donna Davidson (Ralph), of Unity, and Sandra Urchick, of Portland, OR; grandchildren, Nicole, Christopher, and Lola; great-grandchildren, Julian and Avery; as well as many nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will be received from 4 to 7 PM Wednesday at the LEO M.
