Audrey "JoAnn" Wisneski

Audrey J. “JoAnn” Wisneski, 83, of Greensburg, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord Friday, May 14, 2021 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born September 13, 1937 in Youngwood, a daughter of the late William and Mary (Daugherty) Furlong.  Prior to retirement she had been a custodian for Greensburg Salem School District for 19 ½ years.  She was a member of Word of Life Church, Greensburg and its choir.  She loved shopping, her chocolate, ice cream, and watching Steelers games with her husband.  She was reunited in Heaven with her daughter, Joy L. Wisneski Kuzminski.  In addition to her parents and daughter, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Lankey and Charlene Schaller; and her brother, Vaughn Furlong.  She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Edward F. Wisneski; children, Judith Corona, of Jeannette, John Wisneski (Nancy), of Trafford, Jackie Willkomm (James), of Plum, Charlene Blystone (Bryan), of Greensburg, and Edward Wisneski Jr. (Brenda), of Greensburg; son-in-law, Marty Kuzminski, of Greensburg; 10 grandchildren, Anthony, Shawn, Patrick, Yvonne, Johnny, Jamie, Chrissy, Linda, Johnny, and Adrea; five great-grandchildren, Trinity, Maddy, Gwen, Frankie, and Alana; and several nieces and nephews.  A family visitation will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 12 PM with Pastor Sheldon Moore officiating.  Interment and dove release will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park.  Please be prepared to adhere to all current health guidelines, including face masks and social distancing.  www.bachafh.com
